The Town Hall began with a moment of recognition of Peagler's industry-leading safety performance and its employees’ hard work and commitment to Mission Zero.
During the panel discussion, CEO Steve Spaulding provided an overview of Gibson’s recent accomplishments, its leadership strategy and future goals. Vice Presidents and Directors also shared valuable insights and provided updates on their respective departments.
The meeting concluded with a Q&A session, where employees were given the opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts with the leadership panel.
